About the event

Join us for an Earth Circle Worship Gathering at the Cathedral of the Pines, one in a unique and transformative series of worship experiences hosted by A.W.E., the Association for Wilderness Engagement. In this worship series we will immerse ourselves in our more-than-human world, weaving forest therapy practices into a Unitarian Universalist worship experience.

Sunday, August 18th, 2024 | 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

10 Hale Hill Road, Rindge, NH 03461

We will meet at the Cathedral. Folks are welcome to gather and hang out beginning at 9:30 AM. Ritual begins promptly at 10:00 AM.

This worship experience is wheelchair and mobility accessible, with access to restrooms.

 Our worship experience will include:

  • Song/Chant: We'll lift our voices with the rhythms of the forest, finding connection through song and chant.
  • Bodyfulness and Mindfulness Practices: We'll engage in practices that ground us in the present moment, enhancing our awareness and fostering a deeper sense of place and connection to our natural world.
  • Sharing Tea: We'll end our time together with a ritual of sharing tea and reflection.

Come as you are and leave feeling refreshed, connected, and inspired by our connections to our more-than-human world. Whether you are a seasoned nature lover or new to exploring spiritual practices in the outdoors, this series offers a welcoming space for all. LGBTQIA+ affirming. #BlackLivesMatter.

We look forward to experiencing the wonder of the wilderness with you.
